Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience with 1+ year of leadership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• 5% Ad hoc requests and 5% audit review to support continuous improvement.
• 80% perform and review store racking inspections across territory.
• Coordinate scheduling with store leadership and communicate findings.
• Provide training on National Racking Standards and safety.
• Identify opportunities and give feedback on field trends.
