Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in field operations or inspections.
• 1+ year of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review store racking inspections across assigned territory.
• Coordinate scheduling with store leadership and communicate findings.
• Provide training on National Racking Standards as applicable.
• Identify opportunities via inspection app and report field trends.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and audit reviews.
