What’s the Job?
  • Maintain and repair hardware and software components including servers, workstations, network devices, and airport-specific equipment.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), gate displays, and passenger-facing technology.
  • Deploy new technologies and upgrades with minimal disruption to airport operations.
  • Respond rapidly to technical incidents impacting airport services, providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
What’s Needed?
  • Proven IT field support experience, preferably within airport or transportation environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS, BHS, and airline coordination platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English (C1 level).
