Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Construction-related background is a plus.
• Punctual and communicative; able to work independently.
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport supplies and equipment to job sites.
• Track and document materials loaded/unloaded for inventory control.
• Assist with initial setup of new job sites and cleanup of completed projects.
• Deliver documents and packages to various locations.
• Coordinate with marketing for groundbreaking event setups.
• Occasionally fill in as superintendent for absences or uncovered sites.
• Maintain storage areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Monitor and manage company vehicle fleet and assets.
• Follow safety guidelines to minimize accidents during handling.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with suppliers.
• Assist with miscellaneous labor tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport supplies and equipment to various job sites, as needed.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all materials loaded and unloaded to maintain inventory control.
• Assist with the initial set up of all new job sites, and the subsequent cleanup of material on completed projects.
• Deliver documents and packages to various locations.
• Coordinate with marketing to assist in the set up groundbreaking events.
• Fill in and perform superintendent duties on occasion to cover employee time off or for uncovered project sites.
• Maintain storage areas, keep in a clean organized manner.
• Maintain and track company fleet of vehicles and large assets.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during material transportation, loading, and unloading to minimize accidents.
• Maintain a professional courteous demeanor when interacting with suppliers and represent our company in a positive light.
• Assist with various labor tasks when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
