Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor for Water Transfer Operations in Carrollton, OH. You will lead on-site field crews, ensure safe, efficient water transfer work, and maintain client liaison while upholding EH&S and quality standards.

This role features a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly payments and a schedule of 12-hour shifts with day/night rotation, overtime, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field operations.
• Ability to lead a crew and training.
• Knowledge of water transfer systems.
• Compliance with EH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and delegate work assignments.
• Act as the primary liaison between Keystone and the client.
• Oversee setup, monitoring, and performance of pumps, meters, and water transfer systems.
• Train and ensure safety compliance of new team members.
• Evaluate job sites and assist with job specifications and cost planning.
• Maintain and submit accurate field tickets, timesheets, and equipment logs.
• Support EH&S compliance and overall job site organization.
• Ensure uptime, efficiency, and cost management on all projects.
