Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Odessa, TX is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on-site water transfer operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental and client expectations. You will manage crew members and serve as the client contact.

You will supervise day‑to‑day field activities, oversee pumps, meters, and transfer systems, train new staff on safety, maintain field tickets and logs, and drive quality control, cost planning, and uptime across

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site water transfer operations, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental and client expectations.
