Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on-site water transfer operations in Williamsport, PA. You will manage the crew, serve as the client contact, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Responsibilities include supervising daily field work, coordinating pumps/meters, and supporting cost planning and compliance. The role requires travel, outdoor work, and a focus on uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily field operations.
• Ability to travel and work 12-hour shifts, outdoors in all weather.
• Strong safety compliance and quality control mindset.

• Oversee setup, monitoring, and performance of pumps, meters, and water transfer systems
• Train and ensure safety compliance of new team members
• Evaluate job sites and assist with job specifications and cost planning
• Maintain and submit accurate field tickets, timesheets, and equipment logs
• Support EH&S compliance and overall job site organization
• Ensure uptime, efficiency, and cost management on all projects

Description

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site water transfer operations, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental and client expectations. You’ll manage crew members, serve as the client point of contact, and play a key role in quality control and team training.
