Janitorial Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Field Supervisor to join our team in Fresno, CA. The Field Supervisor will train, supervise, hold staff accountable, and support field employees while ensuring services align with our Safety, Quality, Image, and Efficiency standards.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with possible weekends; shifts may change. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel, plus a valid

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs such as safety training, specialty training, and on-going training of established programs.
• Supervise Janitorial Inc.'s Quality Service Leads, Floor Technicians, Floaters and Janitors.
• Execute quality assurance programs such as completing monthly site inspections, auditing activities and reports, auditing inventory and placing orders.
