Job Description Summary

The Mission

As our Field Supervisor of Temporary Structures, you are the backbone of every build. You’ll manage the safe, efficient assembly of large-scale fabric structures/tents and accessories. From coordinating high-profile site logistics to mentoring a hardworking crew, you ensure every project is executed with precision, safety, and speed.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the Front: Supervise and train your team on the safe assembly and removal of structures, ensuring every bolt and fabric panel meets our gold standard.
Command the Site: Take full ownership of job site coordination, including pre-plan meetings, managing temporary labor, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and inspectors.
Problem Solve in Real-Time: Use your logic and grit to navigate weather challenges, underground utility logistics, and complex diagrams.
Drive Excellence: Oversee equipment maintenance, track crew hours, and maintain a professional, DOT-compliant fleet.

The Experience: Must have at least 2 Years of Tent Building Experience!

Base Pay Range: $74,501.00 - 88,469.70

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
