The Mission

As our Field Supervisor of Temporary Structures, you are the backbone of every build. You’ll manage the safe, efficient assembly of large‑scale fabric structures and accessories. From coordinating high‑profile site logistics to mentoring a hardworking crew, you ensure every project is executed with precision, safety, and speed.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the Front: Supervise and train your team on the safe assembly and removal of structures, ensuring every bolt and fabric panel meets our gold standard.
Command the Site: Take full ownership of job site coordination, including pre‑plan meetings, managing temporary labor, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and inspectors.
Problem Solve in Real‑Time: Use your logic and grit to navigate weather challenges, underground utility logistics, and complex diagrams.
Drive Excellence: Oversee equipment maintenance, track crew hours, and maintain a professional, DOT‑compliant fleet.

What You’ve Got

The Experience: Must have at least 2 Years of Tent Building Experience.
Leadership Grit: A "get it done" attitude. Prior leadership experience a plus.
Physical Stamina: You’re ready to lift 80+ lbs and stay active all day.
