Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations and ensure projects meet company standards. You will lead residential roofing crews, drive safety, efficiency, and quality on each site, and coordinate with homeowners throughout the project.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, strong customer service, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. On-site work with a local travel requirement and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years roofing or construction experience required.
• Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required; background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
• Monitor projects from start to finish and manage workflow priorities.
