Job summary

Midwest Pool Management is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily pool maintenance across municipal, commercial, and private sites. You will coordinate field staff, ensure safety, quality, and timely service, and work closely with facility management.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility inspections evaluating safety, cleanliness, staff professionalism, and customer service.
• Assist managers in maintaining a safe, clean environment that exceeds client expectations.
• Monitor and report on pool supply inventories.
• Assist in scheduling of lifeguards, cashiers, and concession workers as needed.
• Assist with pre and post season work and document maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot operational, personnel, and water quality issues as they arise.
• Maintain chemical levels and test water.
