Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead and support the field team across HVAC, plumbing, and site utility projects. You will coach crews, monitor safety, control costs, and ensure work meets company and code standards while delivering reliable service to customers.

The role requires strong leadership, training skills, and the ability to coordinate between field and office teams to maintain quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop field employees while maintaining accountability for performance.
• Conduct ride-alongs and site visits to evaluate workmanship, productivity, and safety.
• Develop and maintain employee training programs with management.
• Monitor job costs, labor hours, material usage, and overall efficiency.
• Ensure employees, vehicles, tools, and equipment meet company standards.
