You will allocate 75% of your time to field leadership and 25% to operations, meetings, and mentoring craftsmen, ensuring schedule discipline and quality workmanship.

• Excellent communication with clients, office staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Execution (75%): lead field projects, maintain substantial billable time, ensure top-quality workmanship.
• Team Development & Culture (25%): run weekly craftsman check-ins, plan monthly meetings, and onboard/train new team members.
• Collaboration: maintain proactive communication with customers, subcontractors, and office staff.
• Advancement Advocacy: monitor field performance and recommend craftsman advancements.
