Qualifications

• Flooring or construction experience preferred.
• Field supervision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit active job sites and inspect flooring installations.
• Coordinate with installers and installation crews.
• Communicate with builders, superintendents, homeowners, and office staff.
• Verify jobs are ready before installation.
• Check installation quality and identify issues or repairs.
• Take job-site photos and document field conditions.
• Make sure crews follow work orders, layouts, and installation requirements.
• Follow up on incomplete jobs and repairs.
• Help troubleshoot installation and material issues.
• Keep the office updated on job status and field problems.
• Manage multiple jobs and priorities throughout the DFW area.
