Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of lead experience in life safety
• 5+ years in fire alarm repair
• Knowledge of software and panel programming
• NICET I certification required
• State licensing requirements and vendor certifications must be met
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pass drug and background screenings
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field support and measure performance of technicians
• Coordinate with project managers and sub-contractors as needed
• Interpret industry codes and standards
• Ensure technicians complete required training
• Coach and motivate team members
• Maintain schedule flexibility to support department needs
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Follow safety regulations and Koorsen policies
• Be open to continual learning
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
