Job summary

Blue Streak seeks a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead fiber optic field operations across the Atlanta metro area. You will coordinate crews, support safe and productive jobsites, and help deliver quality work from construction through testing and closeout.

Responsibilities include supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating labor and schedules with project managers and customers, ensuring quality and safety, reviewing daily documentation, and traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiber optic construction, splicing, testing, or related telecommunications field.
• Previous field leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Ability to read construction plans, prints, and work orders; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local jobsites.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet the physical requirements of field operations.
