Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fiber drop bury, underground utilities, or telecom.
• Proven leadership experience in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of hand trenching, boring, and drop installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple drop bury crews in the field.
• Oversee installation and burial of fiber service lines.
• Perform quality control checks and job site inspections.
• Train, mentor, and hold crews accountable.
