Ideal candidates will have experience as utility or fiber locators, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions. Qualifications

• Experience as a utility or fiber locator preferred.
• Knowledge of underground utility systems and locating techniques.
• Familiarity with one-call systems (811 tickets).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark underground utilities, including fiber optic lines.
• Read and interpret utility maps and locate tickets.
• Communicate with drill operators to prevent utility strikes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and color codes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
