Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, waste management, construction, or similar field with supervisory experience.
• Safety, hazmat, equipment, and related training completed as required for project types.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations directing foremen, technicians, drivers, and subcontractors to safe, efficient project execution.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance including OSHA requirements and PPE usage.
• Oversee field documentation such as daily reports, worksheets, chain-of-custody forms, and manifests.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Operations on field needs, status, and resources.
• Communicate with clients on-site and represent the company professionally.
• Monitor productivity, materials use, schedules, and budgets; escalate issues when needed.
• Support DOT and fleet compliance.
