Job summary

Carolina Heating Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor Electrician to lead and support electricians and installation crews on residential and light commercial projects.

You will review plans, develop scopes of work, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service at every site. The role requires five or more years of electrical field experience and a license (Journeyman/Master preferred).

Qualifications

• Five years of electrical field experience.
• Experience leading or supervising field teams.
• Experience estimating larger electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support electricians, apprentices, and installation crews.
• Visit job sites to ensure safe, code-compliant work.
• Prepare labor and material estimates for larger projects.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and subcontractors.
• Monitor job costs and profitability.
• Train and coach field employees on safety and quality.
