Our company is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and manage daily window cleaning and commercial service operations. The right candidate will have experience supervising field crews, coordinating job site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, professionally, and efficiently.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, safety-focused, and able to respond quickly and appropriately to issues that may arise on job sites. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands‑on knowledge of exterior cleaning services, and the ability to communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and building management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise window cleaning and commercial service crews.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure crews understand job requirements.
• Perform daily image reports and job progress documentation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
• Coordinate job site activities with building management, property managers, and clients.
• Supervise safety procedures, including proper use of ladders, lifts, ropes, harnesses, water‑fed poles, and other equipment as required.
• Ensure crews follow company policies, OSHA standards, and applicable safety regulations.
• Be familiar with laws and regulations concerning safety, health, and welfare of building occupants, employees, municipal workers, and the public.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and materials needed for each job.
• Respond quickly and professionally to job site problems, client concerns, or crew issues.
• Train and guide crew members on proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.

QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Professional experience or knowledge in window cleaning, pressure washing, façade cleaning, janitorial services, or commercial building maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise field crews.
• Flexibility to work extended and non‑standard hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred and may be advantageous.
• Experience with ladders, lifts, water‑fed pole systems, squeegee techniques, safety harnesses, and exterior cleaning equipment is a plus.

Education and Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in window cleaning, commercial cleaning, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory, foreman, or crew leader experience is preferred but not required.
• Hands‑on experience in exterior building services is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Required to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• May occasionally work around unpleasant or hazardous materials.
• May occasionally require safety procedures when working at height.
• Must be comfortable working on ladders, lifts, scaffolding, rooftops, or elevated surfaces when required.
• Must be able to follow all company safety policies and job site safety requirements.
