Blue Streak in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, ensure production and quality remain best in class, and supervise crews.

The role involves scheduling, permits, overtime, fleet and stock management, daily reporting, and ensuring project documentation is prepared for final billing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations and crews to meet project requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs to optimize productivity and timelines.
• Review quality control field checks and ensure compliance with specs.
• Verify permit applications and oversee regulatory paperwork.
• Oversee overtime, fleet maintenance, and warehouse stock levels.
• Inspect and approve processes from start to finish of construction projects.
• Review daily reports and highlighted prints; forward documentation to customers for final billing.
• Ensure EC.D issued at project award is completed and weekly revenue targets are met.

Job description

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to become a part of our team! Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to keeping production and quality best in class, communicating with Blue Streak customers, city officials and the public. You will supervise the production and operations. As the manager of field operations your daily duties include managing the scheduling of jobs and performing routine review of quality control field checks, assigning crews work, verifying permit applications, overseeing employee issues including overtime, fleet maintenance and maintaining warehouse stock levels are also a part of your job oversight duties. You will diligently inspect and approve the process from beginning to end of all aspects regarding the construction projects. Also, you will be accountable for the reviewing of daily reports and highlighted prints. Once construction projects are complete, all documentation will be forwarded to the customer for final billing. You will be held accountable to make the E.C.D. issued at the time of awarded job and making weekly revenue targets without failure.
