Job summary

Blue Streak is seeking a Field Supervisor to join our in-person team in Kansas City. You will supervise production and operations, coordinate with customers and city officials, and oversee scheduling, permits and field quality checks to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

You will review daily reports and prints, maintain warehouse stock levels, and be accountable for meeting weekly revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production and operations.
• Communicate with Blue Streak customers, city officials and the public.
• Manage scheduling of jobs and perform routine quality control field checks.
• Verify permit applications and oversee employee issues including overtime.
• Inspect and approve processes for construction projects and forward documentation to customers for final billing.
