Installed Building Products Portland is seeking a reliable Field Supervisor to support daily production operations at our Spokane Valley, WA sites. You will oversee field crews, ensure safety and quality, inspect materials and tools, and maintain inventory while serving as the main customer contact.

Ideal candidates have construction or field operations experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or field operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in the field.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
