Field Supervisor

A Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects in the field, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. They manage subcontractors, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management: Supervising subcontractors, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
2. Project Oversight: Monitoring project progress, ensuring timelines are met, and coordinating with other trades.
3. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and addressing safety concerns.
4. Communication and Reporting: Communicating with clients, providing regular updates, and preparing reports for management.
5. Quality Control: Inspecting work, identifying issues, and ensuring quality standards are met.
6. Problem-Solving: Addressing issues that arise during field operations.
7. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and documenting activities.
8. Training and Development: Providing training to subcontractors to improve skills.

We value teamwork and provide paid training to help you succeed. Previous experience in countertop and tile installation or construction is preferred.
