Qualifications

• 2–6 years of construction experience, preferably with structural steel.
• Field experience with steel erection strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily field operations for structural steel and misc. metals installation.
• Coordinate erectors, subcontractors, and general contractors on-site.
• Help manage site safety, quality control, and project schedules.
• Review erection drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Attend job meetings and provide field updates to Project Managers.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
