Job summary

Unified Building Group is seeking a highly resourceful Field Supervisor to lead onsite operations. You will transform complex construction plans into high-quality finished structures and manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and field crews to uphold craftsmanship, safety, and on-time delivery.

Candidates must reside in the Southwest region and be willing to travel to Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas project sites as needed. Reports to the Construction Management Team.

Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of supervisory experience in commercial construction or related fields.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods; interpret complex blueprints and technical specs.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, Smartsheet).
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across our national footprint.

• Oversee all daily field operations and ensure alignment with project goals and Unified's standards.
• Direct the sequence of work onsite to ensure on-time results and resolve delays.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical field issues and onsite challenges.

Summary

We are looking for a highly resourceful and experienced Field Supervisor to lead onsite operations. As the primary onsite leader, you will be responsible for transforming complex construction plans into high-quality, finished structures. You will manage the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and field crews, ensuring that every project reflects Unified's commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship, safety, and on-time delivery.

Candidates must reside in the Southwest region and be able to travel to the states located in that region: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas.

• Reports to: Construction Management Team

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations, ensuring subcontractors and crews are aligned with project goals, schedules, and Unified's quality standards.
• Direct the sequence of work onsite to ensure consistent, on-time results; proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical field issues, blending expertise and creativity to solve onsite challenges as they arise.

Quality & Safety

• Uphold exceptional craftsmanship by performing rigorous inspections and ensuring all work meets or exceeds code requirements and client expectations.
• Enforce a culture of "Safety First." Maintain a zero-incident job site through constant monitoring, training, and strict adherence to OSHA and Unified safety protocols.

Communication & Documentation

• Maintain clear, honest reporting with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Manage site documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and material tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience: Five (5) + years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, critical infrastructure, or related fields.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction means and methods, site safety, and the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors through a "people-focused" partnership approach.
• Software: Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet).
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites across our national footprint.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (Based on experience)
