Job summary

Unified Building Group is seeking a highly resourceful Field Supervisor based in Broomfield, CO to lead onsite operations. You will translate complex construction plans into quality structures, manage field crews and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery with uncompromising craftsmanship.

As the primary onsite leader, you will travel to nationwide project sites, uphold safety standards, and report to the Construction Management Team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction or related fields.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods, site safety, and interpreting blueprints.
• Proficiency with Procore or Smartsheet for construction management.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations, ensuring subcontractors and crews are aligned with project goals, schedules, and Unified’s quality standards.
• Direct the sequence of work onsite to ensure consistent, on-time results; proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical field issues, blending expertise to solve onsite challenges.

Summary

We are looking for a highly resourceful and experienced Field Supervisor to lead onsite operations and based in Broomfield, CO . As the primary onsite leader, you will be responsible for transforming complex construction plans into high-quality, finished structures. You will manage the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and field crews, ensuring that every project reflects Unified’s commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship, safety, and on-time delivery.

Candidates must reside in the Mountain region and be able to travel to the states located in that region: Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming.

• Reports to: Construction Management Team
• Location: Broomfield, CO (with travel to national project sites)

Quality & Safety

• Uphold exceptional craftsmanship by performing rigorous inspections and ensuring all work meets or exceeds code requirements and client expectations.
• Enforce a culture of “Safety First.” Maintain a zero-incident job site through constant monitoring, training, and strict adherence to OSHA and Unified safety protocols.

Communication & Documentation

• Maintain clear, honest reporting with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Manage site documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and material tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience: Five (5) + years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, critical infrastructure, or related fields.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction means and methods, site safety, and the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors through a “people-focused” partnership approach.
• Software: Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet).
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites across our national footprint.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 (Based on experience)
