Job summary

Bayland Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field activities on design/build projects in the Midwest. You will work with Project Managers to ensure on-site execution, manage crews and subcontractors, and maintain strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in project coordination or supervisory roles, familiarity with construction terminology, and an Associates degree in construction. Procore experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in Project Coordination, Supervisory, Foreman, or related field.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation.
• Associate degree in Construction preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage field activities and customer relations on design/build projects.
• Assist PMs in assembling and directing field operations including crews, equipment and subs; coordinate subcontractors.
• Control project schedule pace and participate in QC and safety initiatives.
