Job summary

Bechtel in Pecos, TX is seeking a Field Superintendent to provide onsite leadership for civil construction on a major gas-fired power project. You will direct craft labor and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and alignment with schedule and budget.

Work closely with engineering, project controls, and construction management to resolve constructability issues and optimize resources. This long-term camp assignment requires mobilization to Pecos, TX, with full-time on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5–8 years relevant experience.
• Experience delivering building erections as a Field Superintendent.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and craft professionals.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct craft labor and subcontractor teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of daily work.
• Develops and monitors 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule for assigned work scope.
• Ensures design documents are current and changes are approved prior to implementation.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to budgets and schedules.
