Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations in North Charleston, SC. You will oversee foundation repair, waterproofing, and related projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will manage crews and subcontractors, mentor junior staff, review plans, and collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair or related groundwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related work.
