Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Superintendent to own and lead challenging Mult‑Family Projects in the Rocky Mountain region. This permanent, full‑time Field Superintendent role focuses on delivering quality, on-time results while managing budgets and risk across multiple large-scale developments in Colorado.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of field superintendent experience, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in new construction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven field superintendent experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proven experience in contract management, subcontractor management, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong budgeting skills with keen eye for cost control.
• Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of safety management protocols and procedures.
• Exceptional communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Experience in new construction projects is preferred.

Requirements

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• 2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• 3. Proven experience in contract management, subcontractor management, and risk management.
• 4. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• 5. Strong budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• 6. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 7. Solid understanding of safety management protocols and procedures.
• 8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• 9. Experience in new construction projects is a must.
