Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General: Assigned mildly complex subcontracts; file records and use basic software.
• Subcontract Development: Prepare bid documents, convey scoping info, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms.
• Subcontract Administration: Lead kickoff meetings, draft correspondence, perform change management, review invoices and closeouts.
