Job summary

Velocity MSC is seeking Field Technicians to install, service, and maintain telecommunications equipment at customer locations across the United States. The role requires travel up to 95% and involves working with Velocity support groups to meet customer satisfaction.

You will manage helpers, troubleshoot devices, and ensure safety and compliance at each site. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of steady work experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 2 years steady work experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Able to obtain certifications for aerial lifts.
• Willingness to travel 95% including overnight stays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install/service equipment at customer locations across US.
• Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ensure job site meets Velocity and customer standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose managed devices.
• Repair, maintain, and install telecommunications infrastructure.
• Manage helper technicians and ensure processes are followed.
• Present professionally at customer sites.
• Complete timesheets and expense reports.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
