Monster Brewing is seeking a Street Team Representative in Chicago to support sales growth and brand presence in retail outlets. You will visit stores, merchandise displays, and install selling materials, using your own vehicle with auto-use reimbursement.

This part-time, temporary role requires energy, organization, and a customer-first approach. You should have at least 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience, be 21+ with a clean driving record, and be comfortable driving to multiple

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 21 years of age or older; clean driving record; insurable.

Responsabilidades

• Build route-level relationships with store managers to drive brand success.
• Energize product displays in cold vaults and coolers with eye-catching arrangements.
• Maximize chilled placement across all accounts to dominate shelf space.
• Manage point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts to enhance visibility.
• Maintain program materials and company assets in excellent condition.
• Be punctual and brand-aligned in attire and schedule.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication with customers and team members.
