Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Field Store Associate to support Lowe’s customers in the Paint and Pro departments. You will engage shoppers, determine needs, tint/mix products, and promote brand standards at Store #3032 in College Station, TX.

The role requires customer service focus, basic lifting, and flexibility to work weekdays, afternoons, and weekends. Prior paint or retail experience is a plus, and bilingual skills are valued for serving a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Previous paint or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, determine needs, and present appropriate products.
• Sell and promote Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brands to customers and contractors.
• Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
• Train store staff on product knowledge and applications.
• Maintain store appearance, color displays, and inventory accuracy.
