Job summary

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed for travel between locations. Successful candidates come from service-based environments such as retail or hospitality and must be comfortable working outdoors and around stairs and doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered roles; ability to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Comfort working in retail or service environments.
• Willingness to travel between locations for coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections to confirm inventory and unit availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder or collection calls when required.
• Travel between multiple facilities using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
