Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Entomology, Plant Physiology, Plant Science, Weed Science, Agronomy or related field.
- 2 years experience in agricultural product research or related roles.
- Experience with agronomic systems, pest and disease diagnostics, regulatory frameworks, data analytics, and team leadership.
- Experience with farming operations including spraying, harvesting, and equipment calibration.
- Experience designing field research protocols and conducting statistically sound trials.
- Experience with crop protection disciplines and pathogen/pest inoculations.
- Proficiency in agricultural data systems and scientific writing.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute field trials to test crop protection products.
- Plan trial layouts and oversee planting, treatment, and harvest evaluations.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to R&D and Commercial teams.
- Represent FMC at industry events and conduct field demonstrations.
