Job Overview

Skilled Home Health is seeking to hire a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care in accordance with company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure high-quality care and dignity.
• Assist and support families in a hospice care setting.
• Drive to patients' homes within the Greater Los Angeles Area, including San Fernando Valley, Orange County, and Riverside County.

Minimum Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved LVN program.
• Unencumbered LVN license.
• Proficiency with electronic medical equipment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and home health guidelines.
• Experience in a home health setting.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• On-call availability.
• Willing to drive to Korea Town area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients.
• Experience in hospice care.
• Korean language skills.
