Job summary

Cape Fox Expeditionary is seeking experienced field supervision professionals for on-site roles, including SSHO, on federal DoD construction projects along the Gulf Coast. Responsibilities include safety, quality control, and day-to-day management under the Project Manager.

Travel to active sites is expected; work may extend to extended hours to meet deadlines. Ideal candidates will have experience with OSHA EM 385-1-1 and on-site safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on DoD or federal construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control construction projects from start to finish per contract, schedule, and budget.
• Act as on-site primary government point of contact until project acceptance.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Prepare 4-week look-ahead schedules and optimize sequencing.
• Lead safety programs and daily inspections in compliance with client requirements.
