Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist IV - Fishing Services to support completions and wellbore interventions in the field. You will contribute to safe, efficient fishing operations, perform installations, and maintain documentation at the wellsite.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Through Tubing or Conventional Fishing experience, prior field installation work, and solid computer skills (Excel/Outlook).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Through Tubing Fishing or Conventional Fishing.
• Previous field installation experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HS&E remains the #1 priority at the wellsite.
• Deliver flawless execution at the wellsite.
• Complete all required documentation and submit end of well files.
• Inform office of any changes in the job scope and materials required.

As Field Specialist IV - Fishing Services, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring HS&E as the #1 priority
• Delivering flawless execution at the wellsite
• Completing all required documentation and submitting end of well files upon completion of field installations.
• Informing office of any changes in the job scope and additional materials that may be required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have previous oilfield experience, ideally in the Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines.
• Have minimum of 3 - 5 years of exposure to Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines
• Have previous field installation experience
• Have good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Have high School Diploma/GED

Desired Characteristics:

• Coil Tubing experience
• Frac plug millout experience.
• Cased Hole Fishing experience
