Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, build preference, and drive usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and territory while building solid relationships across teams.

You will understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads. This role requires travel up to 50% and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to craft strategy with Sales,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to legal customers ensuring maximized use of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales partners on strategy and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads with sales partners and Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research and share findings with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance.
