Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Florida seeks a Field Solutions Consultant to educate and support clients, drive usage of our solutions, and grow revenue within assigned accounts. You will build strong relationships and translate customer needs into actionable guidance.

This role requires a Juris Doctorate, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You will partner with sales, product, and marketing to develop strategic plans and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborate with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze findings, and share information with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement.
• Collect feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members.
