Job summary

Kayden Industries is seeking a driven solids control technician to support field operations across multiple states. You will work on road-based assignments with a 20/10 hitch, handling barite recovery, dewatering processes, and heavy equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instrumentation panels.

The role requires at least two years in oil and gas, strong communication, and the ability to perform preventive maintenance, startup/shutdown procedures, and daily safety checks in variable weather

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years oil and gas experience.
Knowledge of solids control and heavy equipment operation.
Able to work outdoors in extreme weather.
Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
Experience with barite recovery and dewatering.
Willingness to travel across multiple states and work on hitch schedules.

Responsibilities

Perform startup, shutdown and operating procedures for equipment.
Rigging, troubleshooting, and daily safety checks.
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs.
Collect operational daily reports and fluid samples.
Communicate with supervisors, managers, safety and maintenance teams.
