Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Wenatchee, WA and nearby areas. You will bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store, stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock for shoppers.

You’ll visit multiple stores Monday–Friday, start around 6:00 AM, drive your own vehicle, and use Salesforce to place orders while supporting promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier pushing/pulling.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles from Wenatchee, WA; Chelan, WA area.
• Schedule Monday–Friday; 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe and perform physical duties required by the role.
