You will travel to client retail locations within the territory, leverage routing software for scheduling, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of last mile distribution or supply chain ops experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations at the location to meet policies and regulations.
• Utilize routing software to schedule and tender client deliveries.
• Maintain communication regarding special client requests and customer needs at the site.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Conduct daily store/location meetings with service providers and teams to review performance.
• Interpret and share location KPIs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with motor carriers to ensure delivery capacity and compliance.
• Ensure upkeep of assigned assets and perform on-site audits to verify client satisfaction.
