Qualifications

• 1+ years in property management, leasing, real estate, or high-end hospitality.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends as tasks require.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person property showings and open houses for prospective tenants.
• Perform move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.
• Complete post-showing checklist and update AppFolio guest card.
