Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Field and Shop Technician to inspect, maintain, repair, and prepare material and liquid tanks and related equipment. The role spans fieldwork and shop duties at the company locations, supporting Ice Solutions systems and equipment readiness.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, valve and component work, monitoring systems, and basic troubleshooting. Travel is required, CDL not necessary, with strong mechanical aptitude and reliability essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical problems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Work in shop and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: travel region to inspect and monitor tanks and equipment; perform inspections; identify leaks and maintenance needs; install/repair valves, fittings, hoses; perform basic troubleshooting on brine systems; maintain records of inspections and repairs.
• Shop Operations: perform mechanical repairs and maintenance in the shop; inspect, repair, and prepare brine equipment for field deployment; assist with assembly and repair of tanks and related equipment; prepare tools and parts for field service.
• Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance: monitor performance, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex repairs, follow safety procedures.
• Vehicle & Travel: operate company vehicles; transport tools and equipment; perform routine vehicle inspections; travel as required; occasional overnight travel.
