Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install components on Masaba equipment to meet factory specs.
• Work in the field and at Masaba manufacturing facilities.
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and text to customers on maintenance and operations issues.
• Work out of town, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Hold follow-up meetings to discuss engineering changes and upgrades.
• Assist with final equipment inspections to ensure Masaba quality goals are met.
• Assist with continuous improvement of department processes.
